1. CANCELLATIONS POLICY
All 369 Laser Clinic Skin and Laser Treatments/Laser and skin Treatment packages /any other provided services are not transferable to other individuals.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your scheduled appointment, please inform us not less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Failure to give us 48 hours’ notice regrettably will result in the loss of your appointment from your prepaid course of treatment or a single pre-paid treatment.
If you cancel your consultation less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
If you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation no charge will be incurred.
If you do not attend a booked pre-paid appointment or a consultation the full cost of treatment will be lost.
All 369 Laser Clinic Aesthetic Practitioners are adequately trained and certified in accordance with the company’s standards and protocols therefore we do not promise to continue treatment with a specific named Aesthetic Practitioner.
Prior to your appointment, we will inform you of any preparation required such as shaving the day before your laser treatment, any makeup to be removed before the treatment, not exposing the treated area to the sun exposure or any oil-based products that must be removed from the treated area before treatment.
Please be aware that if you arrive at your appointment unshaved, tanned your appointment may be postponed to a later time and we have the right to forfeit your session due to failing to apply to our treatment terms and conditions signed in the consent form.
369 Laser clinics cannot be accountable for any products left on the skin that may lay dormant in the skin pores and can cause an adverse reaction.
All 369 Laser clinic clients must be 18+ of age to start any treatment at the clinic. We do not treat or consider treating any patients under 18 even with parental consent.
Any of the 369 Laser Clinics Pre-paid laser or skin treatments have a 12-month expiry date (10 or less than 10 treatments)
2. REFUNDS POLICY
369 Laser clinics do not offer refunds for any treatment received or products used or for change of mind.
If you change your mind or if you wish to change your package or request a refund within 14 days if no sessions have been used 369 Laser Clinics can help to assist within your enquiry.
If 14 days period should pass, 369 Laser Clinic only offers refunds based on any medical reason with an obtained medical letter from your doctor.
If you have used any sessions the refund amount will be deducted from your refund value as a pay as you go cost rather than the discounted package price.
If you move away during your treatment course 369 Laser Clinics do not offer refunds based on this reason.
I understand that 369 Laser Clinic cannot be held accountable for any unknown side effects which may occur as a result of having laser and any other skin treatments.
All treatments must be paid for in advance of the first booking in full or via our finance /instalment alternative.
Refunds will be provided where essential in line with the UK Consumer Law.

If you fall pregnant or you begin a course of light-sensitive treatment your package will go on hold for 24 Months.
3. LATENESS POLICY
Please note that if arrival is delayed, it is not always possible for us to accommodate your full appointment thus more than 5 to 10 minutes delay for any booked treatments at the 369 Laser Clinics may lead to reduced appointment time or loss of the appointment.
Should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. 369 Laser Clinics will aim to keep your appointment run according to an arranged time where possible.
Please be advised that certain skin treatments may require the use of numbing cream therefore you might be asked to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment for the numbing cream application. Please be aware that any lateness may mean the treatment is cancelled if your therapist does not feel they can perform treatment without numbing cream having been applied.
4. PREPAID TREATMENT PACKAGES AND SINGULAR TREATMENT POLICY
If you pre-pay for any treatment packages, you will save a sum of money according to the pre-payment courses schedule.
No reduction in price is available where any areas have been removed or swapped from the package.
Refundable Booking Deposits of £20 are required for all treatments booked at 369 Laser Clinics and we require 48-hour notice to reschedule, failure to do so will result in a deduction of the £20 charge
There is no refund on pre-pays, and they are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.

If you cancel a pre-paid appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
We are unable to change a current pre-paid package once purchase for example changing the number of sessions or laser removal areas. No change or reduction in pricing will be offered. All add-on areas to the existing package are subject to price that is available on the website.
You agree to these terms by purchasing pre-paid treatments.
5. PURCHASES MADE THROUGH 369 LASER CLINIC WEBSITE
Any treatments purchased online by you through the 369 Laser clinic Website, continue to be regulated by 369 Laser clinic conditions of use; privacy policy; cancellation, and refund policy.
Treatments purchased online are not transferable to other individuals, treatment areas, or clinics.
48 hours’ notice is required for any online purchased treatment appointment cancellations. If you cancel an online purchased treatment appointment within 48 hours or do not attend the appointment, the treatment will be forfeited.
Refunds will be provided where essential in line with the UK Consumer Law.

Any wish for a refund by you, for treatments purchased in our clinic or online , must be immediately declared to the clinic for consideration. The clinic will decide, upon assessment , whether a refund is required.
6. EXPIRY DATES FOR ANY PRE-PAID TREATMENTS AVAILABLE AT 369 LASER CLINIC
The expiry date period for purchased LASER HAIR REMOVAL or skin treatment packages or a single treatment is calculated from the purchased date not when the treatment starts. When the treatment package expires 369 Laser Clinic is not obligated to inform the patient. Treatment will automatically be lost. The patient’s obligation is to make sure that the package is used within an expiry date period.

Course of 4 treatments – 6 months
Course of 6 treatments – 12 months
Course of 8 treatments – 12 months
Course of 10 treatments – 12 months
SKIN TREATMENTS EXPIRY DATES
Single Purchase –6 months
Course – 12 months
Please note our laser hair removal packages have an expiry of 18 months from the purchase date if more than 10 treatments and less than 17.
7. PACKAGES
BODY LASER HAIR REMOVAL PACKAGES
When laser hair removal areas are sold as a package, for example, the Female Half Legs, Brazilian & Underarms Package, or Full Body package including face or excluding face areas purchased in the package cannot be split/divided over separate appointments.
8. REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM
Under the 369 Laser Clinic Refer a Friend Program, once the Referee spends a minimum of £350 or more on their first treatment the Referrer will get £50 credit on to the 369 Laser clinics account. The credit will be added to your account and can be used towards your next purchase of any treatments at the 369 Laser Clinic with a minimum spend of £350
When the Referee spends a minimum of £350 or more on their first treatment £50 credit will be added to their account. (minimum spend £350)The credit can be used on their next purchase. The referee and referrer person cannot refer to the same people.
Our referral campaign is valid on any treatments and packages excludes DMK Enxyme Therapy.
There is no limit on how many friends you refer: the more you do the more you get £50 credit is not redeemable for cash and is not refundable. Refer a Friend Program is not available in conjunction with any other offers and sale prices.
369 Laser Clinic may suspend, terminate, or modify the terms and requirements of the 369 Laser Clinic Refer a Friend Program at any time and for any reason. A Referral Program (in the form of 369 Credit) already received in accordance with the 369 Laser Clinic Refer a Friend Program Terms before such change, suspension, or termination, will be honoured.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE REFEREE
By taking part in the 369 Laser Clinic Refer a Friend Program, the Referer understands that 369 Laser Clinic may at its sole discretion, shares the Referer’s first name, and the status of the eligible purchase in the Existing client user account.
ELIGIBILITY
The referrer must be an existing customer of 369 Laser Clinic and the referred must be a new customer of 369 Laser Clinic to qualify for the 369 Laser Clinic Refer a Friend Program. The referred person must spend a minimum of £250 on the first purchase amount to be eligible for the offer.
9. GIFT CARDS AND VOUCHERS
Gift cards and Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and is unable to extend expiry dates if gift cards are unused.
We allow a 7-day cooling-off period for gift cards purchased online only if the balance hasn’t been used otherwise gift cards and Vouchers are non‐refundable.

369 Laser Clinic gift cards and Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for a treatment or a package of treatments.
Gift cards and Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift cards online or for any products.
Gift cards and Vouchers are non‐transferable but can be upgraded for an additional cost, subject to availability.
Gift cards and Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against remaining bookings where payment has already been made.
